Maybe it's the end of one Line, and the beginning of ...

This is Patrick. Patrick runs lakeofsalt.com

What is lakeofsalt.com? Well, Lake of Salt is a local website where one can purchase customized shoes, t-shirts and some books.

THE SHIRTS are designs taken from the notebooks of local artists. The t-shirts shown are doodles from Trent Call.

THE SHOES each pair of shoes is hand dyed. The dye ranges from store bought to experimentation with juice and vegetables.

No matter whether you buy these shoes online, at Model Citizen or Farmers Market, the price is always right. $20, yup $20.

Patrick "I want to do everything & work with everyone. If you're an artist but you don't think your stuff is that good, that cool, I wanna see your stuff."

Patrick is interested in everything. He wants to expand to publishing short stories and dying more than shoes. He wants to sell jewelery, EVERYTHING!

One little Ring left to be Rung.

This weekend the 6th annual Magna Pub Crawl graced the SLC suburb. The pub crawlers visited 4 bars located on the main drag of downtown Magna. To honor the location many attendees did their best to dress like natives.

Patrick (one of the organizers) says that for such events you have to wear your pearl snap shirt and Carhartt overalls. The rosiness of his cheeks added a little country comfort to the get-up. Patrick told us that the Magna Pub Crawl began on one Valentine's when he and his friend Ben Miller decided that they needed a little excitement for the holiday. In this outfit Patrick could either be leading the crowd in a long Irish drinking song or dancing with some fine ladies. His duds can be found at A.A. Callister on Redwood Rd.
